Materials:-
- Cheese – 200 grams.
- Ginger – 1 tbsp.
- Tomato paste – 1 medium size.
- Cashew nut batter – 10-12 t.
- Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp.
- Butter – 2 tsp.
- Fresh cream – 1 tablespoon.
- Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp.
- Bay leaves – 1 t.
- Cardamom – 2 t.
- White oil – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste.
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp.
- Sugar – to taste.
Preparation Method:-
To make paneer butter masala, first fry the sliced paneer in white oil in a pan.
Now add butter to that oil and add bay leaves and cardamom to it. Now add ginger paste and cumin powder, chili powder and salt to it and grind it for a while. Now add tomato kajubata to it and saute it again for a while
Now add some sweet and tomato ketchup. When the oil comes out well, add little water. Now boil the fried paneer balls for a while and pour kasauri methi and fresh cream on top. Prepared vegetarian cheese butter masala.
