Take the quantity of pasta

2 large tomatoes

Half a teaspoon of turmeric

Half a teaspoon of coriander powder

Half teaspoon cumin powder

Half a teaspoon of chili powder

1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder

Half a teaspoon of dry mango powder

A few cloves of garlic

1) Add enough water to the pan and add salt. Then pour the pasta in it. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the hot water and rinse the pasta once in clean, cold water. Then throw away the water and keep the pasta in a bowl.

2) Now grind the garlic, onion, capsicum and tomato.

3) Then heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and onion. Fry for few minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes and little salt and keep stirring for a while.

4) Now add turmeric, coriander-cumin powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and garam masala. Mix well and let the spices infuse for some more time.

5) Then mix it well with boiled pasta. Now mix it with tomato sauce. After cooking for another two minutes, switch off the gas. Well, ready spiced pasta.
